Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping is completely free to most regions if your order is more than $250. If you order less than $250, there will be a $50 shipping fee. Some areas of the world, such as regions outside of Europe, North America, Central America, and the Caribbean, may have additional shipping charges. In these rare instances, we will notify you before charging your credit card.
Depending on your region, available shipping options may vary, and all orders are ex-works at the shipping location. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws and regulatory authorities when you are importing products. Shipping times may vary, but most orders arrive in about 7-10 business days.
We ship non-temperature sensitive products in cardboard boxes with protective cushioning, and we ship temperature-sensitive items in a thermo-regulated package with ice packs, which should protect the product(s) for up to ten days.
If your temperature-sensitive package arrived with an internal temperature of above 8 degrees Celsius, if your package arrived damaged, if we misrepresented the product packaging when you placed your order, or if the product was proven inactive upon use, you may qualify for a refund. Please keep temperature-sensitive packages refrigerated and ship them back with similar cooled and protective packaging. Please contact us first before returning any product. If you are eligible for a refund, you can receive either a replacement product or a full refund.
All returns and refunds are at our discretion and there is no guarantee your order will qualify. Please note, that any product defects/issues must be reported within six months from the date of purchase in order to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any items with issues that are brought to our attention after this period ends.
